Allowing ourselves to be seen can be scary. Sometimes, we learn that it is safer to keep a mask up. We are aware of how others see us and put effort toward hiding things we feel ashamed of. A big part of the work I do is helping people see the ways I am collaborating with Minnetonka ECFE to provide a parenting group this spring for those feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenting!
